Exchange Policy

Received a damaged, defective or wrong item? We will exchange it.

• Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will offer a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
• If the error was ours (damaged/incorrect item), we cover the exchange delivery charges.
